Travel Remedies

Here comes the sun…

It’s been a long hard winter but for many of us the long-awaited summer holiday is finally on the horizon. Yet whether holidaying abroad or here in the UK our hard-earned weeks of fun and relaxation can be spoilt by illness and injuries, and for some even reaching their holiday destination can be marred by anxiety, travel sickness and jet lag.
Here are some of the most useful homeopathic travel remedies, however your homeopath will be able to prescribe on an individual basis if required. Homeopathic remedies are safe to use, free of side effects, inexpensive and take up little space; so for peace of mind on your holidays pack a homeopathic travel kit in your suitcase alongside your sunglasses, suntan lotion and favourite holiday reads!
Homeopathy works on the principle of ‘like cures like’ therefore choosing the remedy that most closely matches your individual symptom picture will offer the greatest benefit.
